Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Bare. We truly hope you love your purchase, but if your experience hasn’t lived up to expectations, we want to hear from you. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how to return your reusable skincare with ease.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unusedunopened, and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)

Perishable items, supplements, and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened due to health and safety regulations.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Gift cards

 

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at contact@bareintent.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorisation.

 

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defectivedamaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method—we are not liable for returns lost in transit

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.


8. International Returns

International customers are welcome to return eligible items but are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees, if applicable.


9. Consumer Rights

This policy does not override any legal rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country of residence (e.g., Australian Consumer Law or EU right of withdrawal).
